Your Key Rights

You have certain rights as a consumer when you purchase services in this way. Below is a summary of your key rights which apply to these Terms and Conditions.

Right to Cancel – Digital Content

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to change your mind, cancel your purchase, and receive a full refund on digital content.

You do not have this right to cancel once a download has started, provided you have been told this and acknowledged it.

Right to Cancel – Services

The same Regulations provide you with 14 days to cancel most service purchases.

If you agree for the service to start within this period, you may be charged for what has been used.

Your Consumer Rights – Digital Content

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states digital content must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

If your digital content is faulty, you’re entitled to a repair or replacement.

If the fault cannot be fixed within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can get some or all of your money back.

If the fault damages your device due to lack of reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation.

Your Consumer Rights – Services

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states:

You can ask us to repeat or fix the service if it’s not carried out with reasonable care and skill. If we cannot fix it, you may be entitled to a partial refund.

If a price hasn’t been agreed upfront, it must be reasonable.

If a time hasn’t been agreed upfront, the service must be carried out within a reasonable time.

2. These Terms

These Terms apply when you purchase services and/or digital content from our site as a consumer.

By purchasing, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

We are required by law to provide you with certain information before you enter these Terms.

4. Ordering from Us

A legally binding contract is formed when you receive a Confirmation Email.

Always check your order carefully before placing it.

Ensure your device is compatible with any digital content.

We may decline your order in some cases, but will always inform you.

5. Right to Cancel

You may cancel your contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

This right may not apply to certain purchases. If so, we will notify you before purchase.

6. No Right to Cancel After Downloading Digital Content

Once downloading of purchased digital content has started, you lose your right to cancel.

7. Services Starting Within 14 Days

If you request services to start within the 14-day cancellation period, you must pay proportionally for what has been provided.

You will lose your right to cancel once the service is fully performed, if you requested this.

8. Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel, we will refund payments received (including standard delivery).

Refunds will be made within 14 days by the same payment method.

Deductions may apply for unnecessary handling of goods.

9. Download of Digital Content

You will receive download access once your order is paid and confirmed.

If download is delayed due to factors beyond our control, we will make content available as soon as possible.

10. Permission to Use Digital Content

When you purchase digital content, you are granted a licence to use it, not ownership.

Personal use only

Non-exclusive

Limited to specified devices

Must not be copied, adapted, reverse-engineered, distributed, or resold

11. Performance of Services

We will agree a date/time for service delivery during or after purchase.

Services will be provided within a reasonable time.

12. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Major debit/credit cards and wallets like Apple Pay are accepted.

Your card will only be charged once you confirm your order.

13–21. Other Terms

Provision of content and services: We will ensure compliance with legal rights and supply content/services as described.

Faulty digital content/services: You may request repair, replacement, repeat performance, refund, or price reduction.

Limit of responsibility: We are not responsible for unforeseeable losses, business losses, or non-consumer losses (except where the law requires).

Indemnity: You agree to cover any costs we incur due to your breach of these Terms.

Disputes: We will try to resolve issues quickly. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
